Principal Investigator

Dr. Kellman studies visual perception of objects, space, and motion, and processes of perceptual change — perceptual learning and development. He also studies visual cognition and learning, adaptive learning, applications of perception and cognitive science to education, training, and educational technology, and perceptual and cognitive processes in aviation and driving.

Christine M. Massey, Ph.D.
Co-Principal Investigator

Dr. Massey studies cognition, learning, and conceptual development in complex domains, such as mathematics and science. She also specializes in applications of cognitive science to learning in formal and informal environments, with experience in research and development projects focused on educational technology, curriculum, and teacher professional development.
